Built blockchain platforms for tokenised financial instruments and delivered two flagship digital bond issuance workflows for EIB and HKMA (~USD 100M each).
Led a multi-region platform modernisation across Singapore, US, UK, and India, aligning MD/VP-level stakeholders and engineering teams end-to-end.
